Shipping policy
We are a West Australian based company and use Australia Post for our deliveries. For shipment updates please use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing an order, you agree that Pooch Luxury is not responsible for any delays that may occur with your delivery. As we use Australia Post we cannot cancel orders once shipped and Pooch Elegance takes no responsibility for missing, stolen or undelivered goods.
If your delivery address was provided incorrectly, and not the fault of Pooch Elegance, any additional costs incurred to Pooch Elegance will be passed on to the purchaser.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders under $100.00 - $12.95 Express Post
Orders under $100.00 - $9.95 Parcel Post
Orders over $150.00 - Free Post
Any returns or exchanges you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and please include a prepaid Australia Post satchel for your exchange to be returned. If no prepaid satchel is included a refund will be processed for you to re-order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are a small business, please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be dispatched.
International Shipping
Your order will be despatched via Australia Post. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode and delays may happen due to COVID 19. In addition to your delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country to pay import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.
International Postage Costs
International shipping ranges from $16 AUD - $43 AUD depending of the weight of the order.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are shipped altogether once the pre-order arrives. If there is a delay with the pre-order of more than 3 weeks we will ship your main order separately. No additional postal costs if the pre-order is delayed and sent separately. Please note Zip cannot be used for pre-orders.
